Terms of Service (ToS)

By adding the Discord bot Kyousuke ("the Bot") to your Discord server or interacting with its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server and cease all use of its services.

1. Description of Service

Kyousuke is a Discord application that provides server utility and customer support functionalities, including but not limited to the creation, management, and archiving of support tickets via HTML transcripts.

2. User Conduct and Restrictions

When using Kyousuke, you agree not to:

• Use the Bot to facilitate, promote, or participate in any illegal activities or violations of Discord's Community Guidelines.
• Exploit bugs, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the stability and performance of the Bot's infrastructure.
• Use the ticket system to spam, harass, or distribute malicious files and links.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for Kyousuke; however, the Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may occasionally go offline for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen technical difficulties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Kyousuke shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss (such as deleted channels or lost support transcripts) or server disruption.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Bot's access to any user or server at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases where these Terms or the Discord Developer Terms of Service are violated.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of personal information by Kyousuke, a Discord bot developed by rekrys. By using Kyousuke, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us through your use of the bot, such as your Discord user ID, username, server, and channel information. When you use our support ticket system, we also collect the message content sent specifically within those ticket channels. We may also collect usage data, such as the frequency and duration of your use of the bot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve Kyousuke, including to provide support and respond to your requests. Support ticket conversations may be saved as HTML transcripts for administrative review and quality assurance. We may also use your information to develop new features or services, to conduct research and analytics, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. However, we may disclose your information in response to legal process or a request from a law enforcement agency or regulatory authority. Support transcripts are accessible only by the bot developer and may be securely archived on our domain.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide Kyousuke's services or as required by law. We will delete your information upon your request or when it is no longer needed.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
